Reiki Healing Session
1 hour / $50-$75
Reiki is the gentlest of medicines, a laying on of hands, and a remembering of what already lives within you.
The word itself holds the practice: rei, universal; ki, life force. In session, I simply become a clear channel for that energy, letting it move to wherever your body is asking for it. I don't direct it. I don't force it. I listen, and I follow.
This work found me through my own unwinding through density I carried and eventually learned to release. So when I sit with you, it isn't theory. I know the weight of what you're setting down, and I know the relief on the other side of it.
A session asks nothing of you. You stay fully clothed, resting quietly, while my hands rest lightly on or just above you. Some feel warmth. Some feel a soft tingling, or a wave of stillness. Many simply drift off, and that surrender is its own kind of medicine.
Reiki walks alongside your medical care; it was never meant to replace it. What it offers is space to soften, to restore, to come back home to yourself.
Come as you are, and let's see what wants to move.

Kai Chi Do
1 hour / $120
Kai Chi Do is a movement meditation: simple movements set to music, paired with breath, done together in a circle.
We start in root position: feet hip-width apart, knees soft, spine straight. From there, the music leads us through movement, and the movement leads us back to ourselves. It's not about getting the steps right, it's about staying with your breath and letting your body move the way it needs to.
This isn't a sit-still-and-quiet-the-mind kind of practice. It's active, it's aerobic, and it helps you move things through rather than hold them in.
Any fitness level can join. Bring water.
By the end, most people feel lighter, more in their body, and more connected to the people around them.

Qigong
1 hour / $120
Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is a centuries-old Chinese practice that combines slow, deliberate movement, controlled breathing, and focused intention to cultivate and balance qi, the vital life energy believed to flow through the body. The word itself roughly translates to "energy work" or "life-force cultivation."
Practice typically involves gentle, flowing postures (often much slower and simpler than tai chi, though the two are related), paired with rhythmic breathing and a meditative, present-moment awareness. It can be done standing, seated, or even lying down, which makes it accessible across fitness levels and ages.
Qigong is used both as a standalone wellness practice and as a foundation for other traditions, including tai chi and traditional Chinese medicine. People turn to it for stress relief, improved flexibility and balance, better breath control, and a general sense of grounding and calm.
